According to data from the Pati Regency Civil Service and Human Resources Development Agency, the number of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Pati Regency Regional Government is 10,947 people. When viewed based on gender, the number of female ASN is greater than the number of male ASN, namely 7,109 female employees and 3,838 male employees. When viewed from the type of ASN, the number of Civil Servants (PNS) in the Pati Regency Regional Government is 7,520 people and the number of Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) is 3,427 people.
