NgoBrAs (Quality Chat) is one of the activities of the Change Management Pillar and the implementation of accountable, harmonious and collaborative moral values. The purpose of NgoBrAs is to build a disciplined and committed ASN work culture. In addition, it can also be a means to evaluate activities that are being/have been completed; create a sense of togetherness and family and provide new enthusiasm before starting work activities.

NgoBrAs which was attended by all employees began with a joint prayer, continued with the reading of the ASN Berahlak core values and 10 Cultures of Shame, which were read alternately, then continued with an evaluation from each team leader.

NgoBrAs ended with an enthusiastic cheer.
