There is a new nuance in the NgoBrAs event. Well, starting this June, the NgoBrAs activity will be held in the office yard. Of course it is very fresh, and most importantly, colleagues do not need to rush up the stairs to attend the NgoBrAs event which is usually held on the 2nd floor.

NgoBrAs (Quality Chat) is one of the activities of the Change Management Pillar and the application of accountable, harmonious and collaborative moral values. The purpose of NgoBrAs is to build a work culture of ASN that is disciplined and committed. In addition, it can also be a means to evaluate activities that are being/have been completed; create a sense of togetherness and family and provide new enthusiasm before starting work activities.

NgoBrAs which is attended by all employees begins with a joint prayer, followed by the reading of the ASN Berahlak core values and 10 Cultures of Shame, which are read alternately, then the delivery of evaluations from each team leader. The team leader who is in charge of leading NgoBrAs is also prepared to provide words of encouragement or quotes that can inspire all employees. Finally, NgoBrAs was closed with enthusiastic cheers.
