Abstract

One of the problems by the Indonesian nation, as in other developing countries, is the rapid rate of growth in the workforce that exceeds the growth in employment opportunities. The demographic bonus that Indonesia will face, must be used properly, especially for job creation.To respond to this trend, BPS Kabupaten Pati published the book “Pati District Employment Profile 2020”, which includes the conditions of the workforce, available job opportunities, education level of the workforce and the business fields of the working population.
