Central Java's Economy Grows 5.28 Percent in the Second Quarter of 2025

Central Java's economy in the second quarter of 2025, based on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at Current Prices (ADHB), reached IDR 483,260.03 billion and IDR 303,778.85 billion at Constant 2010 Prices (ADHK).

Central Java recorded positive growth of 5.28 percent (year-on-year) in the second quarter of 2025. Compared to the performance in the first quarter of 2025, the Central Java economy grew by 1.87 percent (q-to-q) in the second quarter of 2025. Meanwhile, the Central Java economy in the first half of 2025 (c-to-c) also recorded positive growth of 5.13 percent.

Structurally, the manufacturing industry dominated Central Java's economic structure in the second quarter of 2025, contributing 33.34 percent. Meanwhile, the expenditure side was dominated by the Household Consumption Expenditure (PK-RT) component, contributing 61.56 percent.
