In order to coordinate the Love Statistics Village (Cantik Village) activity program, Tuesday (14/5) the Head of BPS Pati Regency, Bob Setiabudi and the Cantik Village Team visited the Tambakromo District office and Sitirejo Village. The appointment and determination of Sitirejo Village as the representative of the Beautiful Village in 2024 is based on the results of village data identification results from the Pati Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service.
This program activity received full appreciation and support from the Head of Tambakromo District, Mirza Nur and the Head of Sitirejo Village, Darsono.
The Village Love Statistics (Desa Cantik) Program is a Sectoral Statistics Development program at the Village/Subdistrict Level which has become a BPS Quick Win 2021 and a BPS Bureaucratic Reform (RB) assessment target every year.
The objectives of this program are:
1. Increase literacy, awareness and active role of village/sub-district officials and the community in carrying out statistical activities
2. Standardization of Statistical Data Management to maintain the quality and comparability of statistical indicators.
3. Optimizing the use and utilization of statistical data so that development programs in villages/districts are right on target.
4. Lastly, to create a statistics loving community (statistics agent) at the village level.
This meeting is still the first step in coordinating between the beautiful village team and village and sub-district officials, then a follow-up meeting will be scheduled between Sitirejo Village officials and the BPS Pati Regency beautiful village team to discuss the Beautiful Village work program.
Hopefully this collaboration and synergy will continue to be maintained for the success of the 2024 Beautiful Village sectoral development program in Pati Regency.
