First Call Early 2024

Monday (8/1), all BPS Pati Regency employees took part in the 2024 Early Morning Roll-Up organized by BPS RI online via YouTube Livestreaming.

 

Apel's supervisor, BPS Principal Secretary, Atqo Mardiyanto, in his speech said that BPS must modernize and integrate statistical business processes, develop HR capabilities to answer the increasingly diverse needs of data consumers, and change the work culture to make it effective, agile and collaborative.

 

He also reminded that there are three main targets that must be achieved in 2024, namely strengthening human resources; strengthening institutions and business processes through changes to the Statistics Law, accelerating the implementation of the Economy-Wide Survey and Business Characteristics Survey, as well as optimizing information technology; and other priorities such as the BPS Strategic Plan 2025-2029 and providing strategic indicators for new autonomous regions.

 

After the morning roll call, it was followed by an evaluation of each Pati Regency BPS work team regarding performance achievements in 2023 and work plans for 2024.

 

Let's start the new year with a new spirit full of optimism.
