NgoBrAs (Quality Chat) first edition after Eid holiday, Tuesday, April 15, 2025.

NgoBrAs which was attended by all employees is one of the activities of the Change Management Pillar and the implementation of accountable, harmonious and collaborative moral values. The purpose of NgoBrAs is to build a disciplined and committed ASN work culture. In addition, it can also be a means to evaluate activities that are being/completed; creating a sense of togetherness and family and providing new enthusiasm before starting work activities.

NgoBrAs began with a joint prayer, continued with the reading of the ASN Berahlak core values and 10 Cultures of Shame, which were read alternately, then continued with an evaluation from each team leader.

At the end of the event it was closed with an enthusiastic cheer.
