Reconciliation of SE2026 Wilkerstat Update Activities

During the updating of the Geospatial Framework and Content of the SE2026 Workforce Plan (Wilkerstat), three reconciliations will be conducted. Reconciliation is a meeting between field inspection officers and field data collection officers, aimed at resolving various findings in the field and ensuring the suitability and consistency of the collected data. Reconciliations are conducted in each sub-district, with the attendance of all SE2026 Workforce Plan officers. The first reconciliation for Margoyoso sub-district will be held on August 8, 2025, and the second reconciliation on August 15, 2025. Reconciliation I Agenda - Aligning perceptions regarding SLS and Non-SLS mapping results. - Checking the conformity between the map and the updated list. - Discussing findings/obstacles in the field. - Identifying and correcting potential overlapping boundaries. Reconciliation Agenda II - Reconfirm the revised results from Reconciliation I - Ensure map boundary alignment - Identify discrepancies between documents and maps - Resolve discrepancies in information between officers - Ensure data on area boundaries, the number of buildings, households, and businesses are recorded accurately. - Finalize updated data to serve as a basis for the implementation of SE2026.
