Head of BPS Pati Regency, Bob Setiabudi, accompanied by the Head of General Affairs and the Heads of the Work Team, received a working visit and gathering of the Acting Head of BPS Central Java Province, Endang Tri Wahyuningsih on Tuesday, June 10, 2025.
In a series of working visits to BPS Pati Regency, Endang also directly reviewed the Integrated Statistics Service (PST) which is the face of BPS's public service to the community, and provided several constructive inputs to improve the quality of PST BPS Pati Regency.
On this occasion, Endang also conveyed directions to all employees regarding the 5 (five) BPS work cultures, namely 1. Be a leader, not a boss, 2. Non-stop innovation, 3. KKD (Communication, Collaboration, and Diplomacy), 4. Data quality, and 5. Hard work and smart work, to strengthen commitment in supporting the progress of BPS. Endang also emphasized to continue learning to increase insight and be ready to provide insight to the community, government and stakeholders.
Still in the series of working visits in Pati Regency, Endang also took the time to directly review the implementation of the 2025 Inter-Census Population Survey (SUPAS) officer training which took place at the New Merdeka Hotel, Pati.
On that occasion, Endang greeted the training participants, provided motivation, and emphasized the importance of the role of field officers in ensuring the quality of the 2025 SUPAS data. The success of this SUPAS is highly dependent on the integrity, accuracy, understanding of the officers regarding the concepts, and instruments used, as well as the officers' compliance with the SOP for the activities.

Hopefully this will be an encouragement for all employees to continue to perform professionally, with integrity, and continue to bring a positive spirit in realizing quality data.
