In order to improve the quality of public services and support the implementation of One Data Indonesia, BPS Pati Regency held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on Public Service Standards in 2025 on Tuesday, May 6, 2025.
The event, which was opened by the Head of BPS Pati Regency, Bob Setiabudi, was attended by representatives from various elements such as the community using BPS Pati Regency services, Experts/Practitioners, Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD), Academics, Mass Organizations, Mass Media and the BPS Pati Regency Service Team.
In his remarks, Bob said that this FGD was a means to improve public services, as well as a form of compliance and commitment to provide excellent service to all BPS Pati Regency service users, and the presence of these stakeholders was an important part of building solid synergy and collaboration to improve the quality of service at BPS Pati Regency.
The event continued with the delivery of service material by the Head of the BPS Pati Regency Statistics Dissemination and Service Team, Ika Maulina Aditia. FGD participants actively provided input on the draft service standards, both in terms of requirements, completion time, costs, and complaint mechanisms.
The results of this FGD will later become the basis for compiling Public Service Standards that are more in line with the needs of the community/service users.
It is hoped that this FGD can improve the quality of public services through suggestions and input from various parties.
