Internalization of SAKIP and Moral Work Culture

On Wednesday (9/4), BPS Pati Regency held an Internalization of the Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP) and Moral Work Culture. This activity was attended by all BPS Pati Regency employees and led by the Head of BPS Pati Regency, Bob Setiabudi. In his direction, Bob said that SAKIP is very important because it shows the performance of an organization so that a joint commitment is needed to improve the quality of SAKIP. In the era of Bureaucratic Reform, to get the WBK/WBBM predicate is very dependent on the SAKIP value. 

This activity is intended to increase the understanding of BPS Pati Regency employees about SAKIP and also about Moral Work Culture. 

The material related to SAKIP was delivered by the Head of the SAKIP and PPK Team, Irma Indah Triyani, and the material on Moral Work Culture was delivered by the Head of the General Sub-Division, Slamet Agus Rupingi. 

With this Internalization, it is hoped that it can improve the quality of SAKIP and also build a good work culture at BPS Pati Regency.
