During the month of Ramadan, BPS Kabupaten Pati organizes NgaBar (Ngaji Bareng – Group Quran Recitation) and SPSS (Sedekah Pagi Seikhlasnya – Morning Charity) every Monday to Friday. One of the main goals of these activities is to motivate civil servants (ASN) at BPS Kabupaten Pati to uphold moral values (BerAKHLAK). This initiative aims to enhance self-development and personal growth through shared Quran recitation.

This activity embodies the core values of ASN BerAKHLAK, particularly accountability and harmony. It is hoped that all employees will strengthen their commitment to maintaining discipline, fostering a harmonious work environment, creating a comfortable office atmosphere, and working together with mutual respect and cooperation.
