The Pati Regency BPS is once again holding Quality Talk (NgoBrAs) for the Tuesday-Thursday edition, from February 18-20, 2025, attended by all employees.

This Quality Talk is part of the Change Management Pillar and the implementation of the Collaborative BerAKHLAK values. The purpose of Quality Talk is to motivate employees to be more disciplined in their work. Additionally, it serves as a platform to evaluate ongoing or completed activities, foster a sense of togetherness and family spirit, and provide renewed enthusiasm before starting work activities.

The Quality Talk begins with a joint prayer, followed by the recitation of the ASN BerAKHLAK core values, read alternately, and continues with evaluations from each team leader.

At the end of the event, it is closed with an enthusiastic chant.
