BPS Pati Regency once again held its NgoBrAs (Ngobrol Berkualitas or "Quality Talks") on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, attended by all employees.

NgoBrAs is part of the Change Management Pillar and a practical application of the BERAKHLAK core values, particularly emphasizing Collaboration. The activity aims to motivate employees to maintain discipline at work. Additionally, it serves as a platform to evaluate ongoing or completed activities, foster a sense of togetherness and family spirit, and ignite new enthusiasm before starting the workday.

The session began with a joint prayer, followed by a collaborative reading of the BERAKHLAK core values, with each participant taking turns. Next, each team leader provided an evaluation of their team's activities.

The event concluded with a spirited cheer to boost morale.
