As the saying goes, "A healthy mind resides in a healthy body." When our body is healthy, we can start our activities well, which will likely lead to positive results. On the other hand, if we neglect our health, it will be much harder to begin our activities effectively. Therefore, maintaining a balance between health and work is essential.

To promote health amidst busy work schedules, on Friday (February 7), BPS Kabupaten Pati once again held its Friday BeSeRi (Clean, Healthy, and Cheerful) event, featuring a group exercise session. This activity aims to boost performance, foster a sense of togetherness, and improve both the physical and mental well-being of BPS Kabupaten Pati employees. Additionally, it helps create a healthy work environment.

It is hoped that this group exercise can serve as a source of motivation for employees as they carry out their daily activities and routines.
