Follow-up Meeting on the 2025 Performance Agreement

Held at Roes Resto Pati on Wednesday (5/1), BPS Pati Regency conducted a meeting to discuss the follow-up on the 2025 Performance Agreement and the preparation of the 2025 Role Outcome Matrix (MPH). The meeting was led by the Head of BPS Pati Regency, Bob Setiabudi, and attended by the General Affairs Subdivision Head and the 2025 Work Team Leaders.

During this meeting, the performance targets for 2025 were presented, along with strategies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the work team. Additionally, the Role Outcome Matrix (MPH) was prepared as a guideline for drafting the 2025 Annual Performance Plan (SKP).
