The routine of Pati Regency BPS employees every Tuesday to Thursday morning before starting work activities is to carry out NgoBrAs or Quality Chat.

Don't think that chatting is not important...

This NgoBrAs activity can create a sense of togetherness and family, establish more productive working relationships in achieving common goals, and most importantly, motivate employees to be more disciplined at work.

NgoBrAs begins with a joint prayer, followed by reading the ASN Berakhlak core values which are read alternately, then continues with an evaluation from each team leader. Not only limited to evaluation, the employees who have their turn to lead NgoBrAs can also provide words of wisdom and motivation to all employees.

At the end of the event, it closed with enthusiastic Yel Yel.
