KSA Survey July 2024

As in previous months, BPS Pati Regency is again carrying out a routine survey which is carried out every month in the last 7 days, namely the Area Sample Frame Survey (KSA). Here the officers returned to the field to observe and take photos of the land in various phases of plant growth (rice and corn) in each sub-segment.

This survey aims to calculate the estimated harvest area for rice and secondary crops (corn). The estimated harvest area with commodity productivity will be the production figure for rice and secondary crops (corn). Through information on the KSA observation phase, we can also know the harvest estimates for the next few months.

In order to maintain the quality of KSA data collection observations, supervisors accompany officers into the field and into the rice fields, observing directly how the data is collected. The scorching heat did not dampen the enthusiasm and steps taken by the officers to obtain accurate and quality data.
