Located at the New Merdeka Hotel Pati, BPS Pati Regency held the August 2024 National Labor Force Survey Officer Training (Sakernas) for 2 effective days, 22-23 August 2024.
The training was opened directly by the Head of BPS Pati Regency, Bob Setiabudi, attended by 43 participants divided into 2 classes, with instructors Dwi Siswanti, Ika Maulina Aditia, Zulfah Hanum and Randy Apriansyah.
In his speech, Bob Setiabudi said that Sakernas is a survey which generally aims to provide basic data on sustainable employment. The results of Sakernas this August are used to calculate unemployment figures at the Regency/City level. Therefore, he hopes that participants will take the learning seriously, understand the concept of definitions and SOPs for conducting surveys.
Bob also advised all officers to maintain their health, work optimally, apply SOPs, be able to dig up information (probing) from respondents, continue to prioritize data quality and finish on time.
During the lesson, the instructor delivered material related to concepts and definitions, procedures for filling out questionnaires, discussions about cases in the field and on the last day, role playing was carried out with respondents who had been prepared by the committee.
It is hoped that the implementation of Sakernas in Pati Regency will run smoothly, be completed on time and produce accurate and high-quality employment data.
