Tuesday (2/7), BPS Pati Regency held a Socialization of the Core Values of ASN with AKHLAK to all BPS Pati Regency employees with the Head of BPS Pati Regency, Bob Setiabudi, as the resource person. The basic values of ASN with AKHLAK include Service Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive and Collaborative. Bob appealed to all employees to apply the values of AKHLAK when carrying out their duties and in everyday life.
In this socialization, award certificates were also handed over to employees with the best implementation of the ASN Berakhlak core values and the best team in the second quarter of 2024. The best employees are assessed based on their performance and behavior with AKHLAK during the assessment period.
