Launching of the SINERGI Application (Performance Evaluation of Public Service Delivery)

In order to assist in monitoring and evaluating the performance of district/city BPS public service delivery, Central Java Province BPS developed the SINERGI application which on Friday, May 17 2024 was launched by the Head of Central Java Province BPS, Dadang Hardiwan. On this occasion, Internalization of Monitoring and Evaluation of the Performance of Public Service Organizers (PEKPPP) was also carried out for district/city BPS and public service officers within the Central Java Province BPS.

In his direction, Dadang said that as an effort to realize ideal and quality public services, it is necessary to evaluate public services in order to improve the quality of services provided by service providers to service users. These are all efforts by the Central Java Province BPS to create public services that can provide quality, fast, easy, affordable and measurable services.
