A total of 4 Pati Regency BPS employees took part in the 2024 Regional Instructor (Inda) Village Potential Data Collection (PODES) training held by BPS Central Java Province. The training was held online April 1-4 2024 with instructors from BPS Central Java Province.
This activity is one of the preparatory stages before the 2024 PODES Data Collection officer training is carried out. Field data collection will be carried out on 2 - 31 May 2024. The objectives of the 2024 PODES data collection include: producing data for regional development needs, providing data about regional potential, infrastructure availability /facilities, as well as socio-economic conditions in each village/sub-district.
The 2024 PODES data collection will require monitoring the coverage and existence of infrastructure, where the data collected must be consistent to support the calculation of village development indicators, such as the Village Index and support the implementation of the 2026 Economic Census.
