Selection of Change Ambassador for 2024 BPS Pati Regency

Bureaucratic reform has long been advocated for. Efforts to carry out reforms and changes continue to be made. The role of Change Ambassador in overseeing bureaucratic transformation and reform at BPS is very necessary as a driving force for change and implementation of Bureaucratic Reform.

Monday, (8/01), BPS Pati Regency held the election for the 2024 Change Ambassador which was held after the 2024 New Year's Early Ceremony.

The selection was carried out via WhatsApp Poll with the 5 best candidates who were worthy of being Change Ambassadors for 2024 BPS Pati Regency, namely Wahyu Rini Asturi, Sri Rejeki, Erlina Susanti, Randy Apriansyah and Ika Maulina Aditia. Furthermore, from the 5 candidates, 3 candidates were selected as Change Ambassadors 2024, namely Wahyu Rini Astuti, Sri Rejeki and Erlina Susanti by providing an assessment of the core value of Morals.

Finally, the assessment results for all employees showed that ERLINA SUSANTI succeeded in achieving first place.
Congratulations on the election of ERLINA SUSANTI as Change Ambassador for 2024 BPS Pati Regency.
Hopefully it can provide a new color to drive change in BPS Pati Regency for the better.
