Based on the Regulation of the Head of the Central Statistics Agency Number 78 of 2020 concerning Integrated Statistical Service Standards within the Central Statistics Agency, the implementation of Integrated Statistical Service Standards within the Central Statistics Agency is an implementation of the duties and functions of the Central Statistics Agency, which is a direct service (offline) and indirect (online), which includes:

a. Library Services;

b. Statistical Consultation Services via Direct Coming Media;

c. Statistical Consultation Services via Online Media;

d. Publication Sales Services via Direct Coming Media;

e. Publication Sales Services via Online Media;

f. Sales Services for Micro Data and Digital Maps of Statistical Work Areas via Live Media;

g. Micro Data Sales Services and Digital Maps of Statistical Work Areas via Online Media; And

h. Statistical Activity Recommendation Services.
